Castlehill Catering- Clair O’Connor
Castlehill Catering is involved with the manufacturing and producing of organic hummus, relish, tapanade, pate and sauces.
After spending ten years as a chef on world famous ships, Clair O’Connor has made her way on to dry land and found success with her own catering company.
Recently, the Mayo Chambers of Commerce Business Awards recognised Castlehill Catering with the Customer Services Award in the Services Sector, a tribute to the personal service and attention given to her private and corporate clients.
Clair also works as a freelance chef and manufactures a variety of products sold throughout Ireland.
