The Bord Bia Organic Food Awards winners were announced at the SHOP exhibition held in RDS Simmonscourt on Sunday September 2nd 2007.
Jim Carew, Department of Agriculture & Food; Keith Ball, an invited judge from Soil Association UK and Helen Scully, Certification Manager, Organic Trust.
Organic Trust certified processors Cisti Gugan Barra Teo - Katies organic oats jumblies biscuit - won the Best Organic Sweet, Flour, Confectionery Product Award.
Solaris Herbs Galway - Earl Grey Tea - won the Best Organic Grocery Product Award.
