Eats of Eden is Limerick's oldest health shop.

Located in the heart of Limerick City on Thomas Street, Eats of Eden was established in 1982. 

Eats of Eden has achieved a reputation for quality, expertise and good value in wholefoods, cosmetics, supplements, remedies and other health products.  Our experience and highly qualified staff includes nutritionists, Bach flower therapists, a homeopath and a breast-feeding counsellor as well as a number of staff trained to the standards of the Irish Association of Health Stores.

Our self-service bulk foods department includes many organically grown items and is popular with customers as they can take exactly the amount they require.  This allows customers to have a quick snack, experiment with a small amount or buy enough for a large hungry family.

We are passionate about organically grown and fairly traded foods and so we always keep our eyes open for high quality, affordable products.

Certified by the Organic Trust Ltd, our organically grown vegetables are delivered weekly and we stock locally grown organic salad vegetables in season.

Eats of Eden aims to serve the whole person, from wholesome meals and snacks to supplements, remedies and cosmetics to other health aids such as self-help books and CDs.
