Organic Certification for Professional organic producers, processors and distributors

Course will be of 18 days duration and will take place on an organically certified holding in Co Clare. The holding has been organically certified since 1997.
The course will run from February to October on alternative Mondays and will cover all aspects of commercial horticultural production.
The course is aimed at those with a background in horticulture who are considering starting a commercial enterprise or those who are already established who feel some help would be of benefit to their business.
