Domestic Organic Gardening - Organic Food Crop Production - Organic Horticulture Fetac Level 5 - Excellent courses.

1. Domestic Organic Gardening

Duration: 8 Saturdays between November 2009 & November 2010. Content: Growing Organic Fruit & Vegetables in the Garden. Cost: €200

2. Organic Food Crop Production - FETAC Level 5 module

Duration: 20 weeks (April to September 2010) Monday evenings from 6.00 p.m.-9.00 p.m. Content: Organic Fruit & Vegetable Production.

Certification: FETAC Level 5
Cost: €250

3. Organic Horticulture – FETAC Level 5 award

Duration: 12 months (April 2010-April 2011) 2 days per week (Monday & Tuesday). Content: Full FETAC Award comprising modules in- Organic Food Crop Production, Soil Management, Crop Protection, Organic Conversion, Horticultural Skills, Work Experience, Communications & Computing
Certification: FETAC Level 5 award. Cost: The course is at present funded by FAS

All Courses will be held at the Co. Wexford Organic Centre in Cushinstown, Foulksmills, Co Wexford.
