Demonstration Farm Open Days 2010

A nationwide series of national organic farming open days will take place in the coming months. Each open day is being held on an officially designated Organic Demonstration Farms which incorporate a wide range of organic enterprises.

The Organic Trust are fully committed to the 2010 Organic Open Days and have assigned Organic Advisors and Organic Inspectors to each event in order to ensure that the full remit of queries which potential applicants may have can be responded to.  Our representatives at these events will also distribute a free Information Pack which describes in detail the requirements of the organic certification system.

All of the farm walks will commence at 2 pm on each of the designated days Demo Farms 2010 and we strongly recommend that if you are thinking of converting your holding to organic production that you attend at least two of these forthcoming events.  You will be able to see at first hand how the organic system works in practice and will be given ample opportunity to ask any questions which you may have.
