This event - which takes place at the Brooklodge Hotel, Macreddin Village, Co Wicklow - will capture your imagination!

This presents a unique opportunity for FOOD PRODUCERS to meet CHEFS, MEDIA, & POLICY-MAKERS and sell to OVER 3,000 MEMBERS OF THE PUBLIC. Book your Stall now!  Food Fair, with picnic area and live music, will run from 11am—4pm.  Forum delegates will visit the Fair at 2.30pm.

The cost of a stall is €25 including BBQ stall voucher and power supply.  Tables will be provided on request.

THE WHOLE HOG—Re-examining how we rear, kill, and eat pigs in Ireland today. 

We are looking in particular for Pig Farmers and Artisan producers of all kinds of Pork Products to attend this year’s event; to contribute to the Forum discussion, participate in the artisan product tasting at the Forum and take a stall in the designated ‘Pork village’ at the Fair.
